90 day trips to TRNC

Hi,
does anyone know how many times you can visit TRNC as a tourist for 90 days, if you have a holiday villa? legally, of course.

Having done a quick search on forum posts,
this thread from May last year refers to
Turkish visitors' visas and whether it applied in TRNC; basically 90 days in 180 days, but probably the best way to find out is to ask at some office or even a crossing point...

I think alot of people live here just using the tourist visa by leaving the country every 90 days.

I travel back and forth to the UK (family reasons) and always time my UK visit within my 90 days tourist visa, I do tend to stay in the UK for around 2 weeks at a time, I have been doing this for the 3 years we have been here. Never had a problem when leaving or entering the TRNC.
I am of an age that would require me to take residency if I stayed longer than the 90 days.
