electric reconnect online

hi all can this be done from uk online .....reconnect ..just needs them to push the button to on ! .. nightmare

Not sure if it can be done online, but here I have paid my bill out of hours using the machine in the depot and the electric was automatically connected ,I didnt speak to anyone.

Near the Wednesday market across from the Baris park ,look for all the pylons and transformers.
