Electric Garage Door Repair

Does anybody have any info on the supply fitting and repair of the above.
After years of service the lever which pulls the door has broken. The original supplier of the door who arranged the fitting of the opener is not being at all helpful with supplying me with a name or even arranging the repair.
Not looking for a freebie as a few years old.
