Can some one please enlighten me on what docs i need to take to the Muchtar, to sell my veh.

Change of ownership form from tax office Girne,log book,and passport.

Is that all i need, what does the purchaser require, ie new insurance.

The existing insurance can be transferred to the new owner,

the form needs to be signed by both of you and your local muctar or how ever you spell it once signed you have 7 days to submit it

Having been involved in this process a few years ago I can recall that the seller was in a different location to the buyer and I spent 10 days being shunted between Mucktars of both locations, each telling me that it was the responsibility of the other to sign the document. When I eventually managed to get them to stop "mucktaring me about" it was signed by the Mucktar who was responsible for the area in which the seller lived. I also recall that the fee at the registry office at that time was 250 TL. Best of luck
