I had a problem with my water meter yesterday. I phoned the number using my limited Turkish, and bless them,
a guy came out within 20 minutes. Problem solved.
Now how's that for service?

Wish they would come out and repair the hole in our road which they dug up over two months ago and have gone and complained many times

Try telling them that it's dangerous and children play in that area, it may help.
