You can book it online on the Turkish Airline website.

I can only find where you can book by the kilo, not an extra case x

Or fill the smaller one and put it inside the larger one.

I've taken an extra case a number of times and depending on weight you would just go to airline desk and pay the excess, they are very lenient, we have got away with quite a few kilos over our allowance. At Christmas they allow for extra luggage as they know a lot of people are taking presents out to family.
