Positive Property Management Experiences

Hi everyone,
I am seeking views & advice from folks who have experienced and indeed still do, positive, reliable property management for their private villas here in North Cyprus. Believe me I have plenty examples of the negative!
I am particularly interested in the services available for long and short term rentals of private villas, the costings and the type of service available.
My home is in Alsancak.

As tenants, we have had experience in using Abode Property Management, who we have always found extremely professional and very responsive and courteous if any problems arise and if we had a property to rent, we would without a doubt, use Abode.

I know of a guy called Eren

he does a lot of private maintenance contracts and has kept his company at a size in which is allows him to give 110% satisfaction

his number is 0533 876 1977 he will pop down when its suits you and give you a quote
