This will probably open up a whole can of worms but here goes....
The Property Centre which owned CSS (Cyprus Sanitation System) appears to be no longer trading. The owner of all these companies is Clive Burrows! Unless he thinks you owe HIM money then in that case it is still trading.
He owes money to lots of people, including me, various yapis and other businesses. The purpose of this post is to raise awareness not just for those with sanitation systems like you but anyone else with dealings connected to The Property Centre.
I used to work for him and he tried to sell me his failing business?
I have been approached by many of TPC's old clients as they too have been left without service by Clive Burrows aka The Property Centre.
You will be lucky to get hold of him unless you are willing to spend more money.

Clive Burrows aka the Property Centre "owes me" money, defrauded is probably a better term.
My solictor is dealing with this but TRNC appears biased towards crooks.
It seems he was held at her majestys pleasure before moving to TRNC in around 2000
CSS and the Property Centre were just two of the many companies he set up in North Cyprus. Burrows now boasts of being retired the companies no longer trade openly.
He is still on bail here in North Cyprus for alleged gun crime for which he was arrested on January 2016.
Those who have been ripped off by Burrows really should band together as we would have a much better chance of outing him and involving the police, instead of individuals going to Lapta police station.
