Limited spaces are now available for some serious Turkish language learning. Lessons are one-to-one or couples only. For those who might want to ask the question: "No! You will not learn how to speak Turkish in a month or even 2 or 3 months!". Anyone promising the contrary is telling you fibs

Re: Private one-to-oneTurkish Lessons for Beginners and Adva
Can you please send me an email rather than calling my mobile for general information on course structure, fees and address; You will get a response usually within 4-8 hours!
For the sake of FAQs:
For the sake of FAQs:
- The fees are similar to many other course offered for "classes"
The lessons are held in Girne town at a very convenient location.

You will be thought Turkish language and NOT just phrases.

It really depends on whether you wish to have social fun using Turkish leessons as an excuse or really learn Turkish! If you are after fun, then you are better off attending the 1 or 2 month "classes" with soft drinks where other foreign nationals might participate at the same time.east wrote:How long will it take for someone who has some vocabulary and knowlede of some grammar to be able to communicate at an acceptable level?
If you genuinely want to learn Turkish, then I see no competitors offering anything even close to my course's tandards in TRNC. And this I can comfortably say after teaching many students who first attended the so called "classes" where they learnt nothing more than some everyday phrases, but failing to understand anything when addressed in Turkish as a response...
I have dozens of foreign students, who, after 6 to 12 months of learning (depending on the frequency and length of the sessions) have managed to understand and respond positively to conversations.
By the way my students do get the best home made lemon squash on the island!
