Kibtek online info

For those who are interested, Kibtek (claim to) have got their on-line system up and running, so that you can view your bills, make payments, etc. - however, it appears to indicate that a smartphone is a prerequisite (talk of "Apps"), so that lets me out! No problem, I pay in advance because I'm only a swallow....
More info
here....
Also, new tariffs from 04 Nov are here (changes highlighted) -

Thanks for both pieces of info. I have downloaded the Apps from the playstore and am trying to get them to work. I can see why they get poor ratings!

I just popped into KIBTEK (upstairs ) arranged my bills to be sent monthly via E-mail.
They were so helpful.
For well over several months now I have received monthly bills no problems up to yet.
It's a thumbs up so far from me.

I agree kiplet, no problem with bills via text and email. This is about an android app and the possibility of paying online.

I receive my bills per email and also as a text and all is well. I pay by direct debit from Turk Bank and have done for many years.
The thing that mystifies me is the attached paper bill that I also get every month. sometimes left on my bin, sometimes in the electric box or on the gate latch. As far as I can see the figures do not relate to the info I receive electronically. Can somebody enlighten me?? Does anybody else get this??
I only got them, since they introduced the electronic system.

I'm guessing that all the details at the top (Hesap/account number, Numerasi/consumer ID number, Name and address) are correct and refer to you (same as on your electronic bills), so if they are, the only ones that know the answer (hopefully!) are Kibtek themselves.
If any or all of those details are wrong, then somehow they must have cross-linked to some other person - once again, only Kibtek know..... (hopefully...)
(the one you show is from June - are you still receiving them?)

Yes to them being mine and yes, still receiving them. I'm curious, but not that curious, just wondered if everybody gets one.

Generally this is because the bank or you have arranged for a paper to be sent to you.
Customers recently have set up to pay via the bank I have just mentioned to them can they leave the details the same and no bill to date has appeared. Customer gets email and I get text.

We get our bill via text only and paid by direct debit, and I must admit, the amount I get sent via text doesn't match to what is actually taken out of the bank, but I did add up the total of both over the year and they do match up.

Has anyone downloaded the App and managed to log on? I can't see how to get the English version and after entering my telephone and invoice/customer number, it asks me to enter a number sent by SMS but I didn't received one. Any help appreciated.
