Problems with Pegasus on-line check-in yesterday and today

Is anyone else having problems useing Pegasus on-line check-in service. Flying on Tuesday 6th, received email and text from them saying check-in online. Tried again just now, have spoken to Pegasus explaining the problem, I am told "just go airport 3 hrs before flight" not helpful when I wanted to book additional services as well. Or is it that there is the possibility of a Strike on Tuesday according to Cyprus Today and they do not want to create problems for themselves now! (It looks like a case of shrug the shoulders, yet once again). I have emailled them as well but do not expect a reply.

Had problems last week trying to do the online check in for my brother. Managed to get the first leg (from here to Istanbul) checked in but it kept rejecting the check in for onward flight to Copenhagen. I think I did have to put the Vpn on to do the check in. Also from past experience, sometimes you need to put in your first and middle name in as your first name, if that makes sense.

Thank you for your comments come_on_aylin, We have been travelling with Pegasus ever since they started flying from Stansted and not had a problem before. I always put first and second name in the first box and my surname/family name in the second. I am going to try again this morning. The error message I am getting is "Error at because null pointer" which I believe to be a program error possibly at their end. The operative at Pegasus callcentre did not or would not contact their IT department to establish the problem.

Result!!! This morning spoke to a very helpful young man at Pegasus call centre (unlike yesterday's - needs further training person) I explained my problem he said I can help you from here. I booked and paid for the seats I wanted, he sent without delay confirmation and in that email I was able to check-in online. Bar codes downloaded/uploaded. He suggested if I had problems in future to use another browser (I had already used Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft edge). What a difference a day makes - Well done Pegasus and Thanks.

Flight now cancelled due to Industrial Action! Pegasus rebooked us for 7th. (will I be able to check-in on-line). Oh happy days!
