ATM Garanti Bank Deniz Kizi Petrol Station

Took out some Sterling from Garanti Bank Atm at Deniz Kizli petrol station this morning. One of the £20 notes was an old one cancelled over two years ago. Went to Garanti Bank in Girne--total waste of time. So have had to download Bank of England form, and send note back to UK .
Obviously note slipped in by staff (and changed) before Atm. Must be-- because all notes are read before going into ATM.)
Note is over two and a half years old.
