Sterling withdrawal from ATM

The ATM at Starling Alsancak has been without sterling for some two weeks. Does anyone know whether this is as a result of a faulty machine - or has Is Bankasi abandoned sterling due to the parlous state of the Turkish Lira?

The ATM at Starling, Alsancak has not issued Sterling for a week or more.

Seems to be the same problem at the HSBC ATM at Supreme, in fact the last few times I've tried it wouldn't even accept my card. It seems to start when the Pound started to soar against the Lira.
BTW I do know that there have been problems losing cards at this particular ATM.
