For me, too many "best" songs to pick just one - religious - Silent Night; O Come, All ye Faithful; Once in Royal David's City -
'non-religious' - Phil Spector's Christmas album for a good few; Fairytale of New York; Merry Christmas Everybody (Slade - everyone joins in!); I Believe in Father Christmas (Greg Lake); I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday (Wizzard); and many more, but especially one that has nothing to do with Christmas, but since it was released and was a hit in December
1988, has been a regular radio-play song every Christmas-time since (!) -

Oh holy night by most singers but especially Neil Diamond makes my wife cry every time. I love that guy.

I have been cleaning my windows all day to the 50th best song at Christmas on you tube. Smooth my soul today, really needed to think about chilling at Christmas.
