Airport Strikes over Christmas Period

News breaking that more than 1500 check-in staff, baggage handlers and cargo crew will strike on 23rd December for 48 hours at 15 airports in UK. It's over a long standing pay dispute. This is Unite Union and affects BA. Lets hope for those travelling over Christmas it will not go ahead.

It's just been announced that the above strike has been called off after successful talks. Nothing has been said about BA strike.

Are you saying the BA strike, which is separate to the Baggage Handlers strike, has been called off?

No just the baggage as far as I know

BA strike has now been suspended.
