Surprised there hasn't been other feedback - we was very pleased with our Turkey and Top Side beef we ordered for our Christmas dinner. In addition we had burgers today and in my opinion they were the best burgers we have had since we have lived here! We will certainly be getting our meat again from here.

Beef, pork and gammon joints for Christmas and all superb.

He has had a lot of feedback. I started a thread a while ago trying to drum up business for him, he being our local butcher, the thread had over 1400 views with positive comments.

I am very fussy when it comes to meat products, his produce is by far the best I have tasted.

Turkey crown was superb,as was gammon joint,pigs in blankets and sausage meat,thank you Yusuf we feasted like kings .We go regularly to Ozankoy from Lapta for our meat and have never been disappointed

Fantastic display of meat. All cut properly, the cuts UK expats recognize. Everything we have had was very tender

We spent Boxing Day at our German friends', the butcher had provided a ham joint which he had prepared in a German way in salt water. It was superb. This is definitely a butcher to frequent!

Could someone give directions coming from the Girne way. I'll be there like a shot if I find he cuts meat, particularly beef the "proper" way. I'm assuming he hangs it well?

Had Fillet steak yesterday....best ever. Had rolled and boned lamb for Christmas ....fantastic. Had sausages, beefburgers....all super. Great butcher, nothing is too much trouble for him. Highly recommend.

Sophie; take a trip to this excellent butcher. You WILL be glad you did.

Just had Yusufs sirloin steaks,seasoned with black pepper,brushed with olive oil,6 minutes in pan,cut like butter,tasted like heaven

His rump steak was fantastic and we are eating the last of his topside joint, again fantastic.

Nice lump of silverside for new year, cooked beautifully and was lovely. Cumberland sausages the same, lovely. Sandwich beef for work sandwiches..... also lush. Can't fault it.

Just been to this butcher and I have to say it's absolutely brilliant, clean, friendly staff who speak English, the meat is beautifully presented and fresh, I would recommend anyone to pay them a visit. X

We think all the beef cuts, burgers and various pork sausages we have bought have been superb. Certainly don't consider going elsewhere now! Cooked ham and beef are also worth trying!

Ok based on this post visited the butchers today first impressions excellent meat well displayed and cut perfect staff friendly and prices good.
I ran my own butchers shop many moons ago and so I feel I may have a slight insider knowledge I tried the sirloin steak tonight not quite as you would get in the Uk at a high class butchers but the best I have had had here and I been here on and off since 1999 .
Well worth the visit
