I have been told they are in sah but that is a very long way for you to travel,, some of my customers when they go south take glass and cardboard so I assume there are very limited areas for recycle.

Sah recycle plastic bags( there is a bin by the front door for those), plastic, cardboard, paper and tins but not glass. The bins are bright yellow and face you as you drive in to Sah car park. If they are full just leave them beside the bin and the staff sort it out. This applies particularly to plastic bottles in the summer ! There is a recycling box for batteries inside the shop by the cashiers.
It is such a pity that there are not more recycling points as we are disappearing under mounds of rubbish on what could be a pretty island. Of course children need to be educated not to throw rubbish but that is a slow process so I think all one can do is lead by example!!

The local solution to empty bottles is to smash it on the ground. The costal headland near the Cratos hotel is littered with broken beer bottles. Leaving the rubbish there is bad enough but why smash them?
