Are there Slimming World meetings Anywhere near Girne?

There are no official Slimming World groups in North Cyprus.

Thank you so much Cath. If anyone had told me I could go on a new eating plan and lose nearly 2 stone in a matter of weeks I would have said they're off the planet!!! But that is what has happened and to be honest I can not believe that you can eat so much food, use really delicious recipes, and lose weight hand over fist; no hunger whatsoever; it seems really bizarre but I would urge anyone who thinks they need to lose a pound or two to give it a go - apart from the weight loss which is absolutely fantastic, you'll also meet a really great friendly group of people - going there for the social aspect is well worth it, the other girls are so nice, friendly and totally supportive, I couldn't be happier that I joined, I wish I'd done it a long time ago!

Be careful-that dieting thing can become an obsession.

Slimming world isn't dieting it's healthy eating, I know I don't starve on The UK slimming world and I have lost 4 stones.

It's not a diet, its a regime, a way of life. What's wrong with eating healthy but NEVER feeling deprived of any food e.g. fish and chips, full English breakfast to name just two.

Is the Sartaj class still running as I want to join this Saturday. Thanks
