Have you lost a small 'pug type' dog?

I have a visitor this morning in Baspinar! He is a small, fat, brown & white pug type doggy. Face mostly brown with a white flash, body white & brown, four white paws. He is extremely friendly and is acting like he's lived here forever!
He's wearing a big black leather collar with silver buckle.
I really hope his owner comes forward soon because I'm more of a cat person and my cats are far from amused at this latest arrival!

I don't know much about dogs but have googled and decided he is more pekingese than pug - as he has quite a shaggy coat. Not sure how long he's been on the loose but he looks like he could do with a bath & brush, he has had water but refused all food offered so far (cat food & sausages) If no one claims him he will need a new home.

Some very kind dog loving friends of mine have kindly fostered him, if his owners don't come forward he'll have a lovely new home with them. My cats will be so happy they can all come out of hiding now!

Pekinese are very popular with the Cyps. Please inform the Belediye and put a message on the Turkish language forum. Chances are, if he is wearing a collar, that somebody is missing him. Best of luck.

well the collar turned out to be a mans belt wrapped round his neck several times and he had millions of fleas & appeared to have been 'on the road' a while. He is being fostered by Sal & Mel. If the owner comes forward they will return him, in the meantime he has been bathed, de flea'd and is enjoying a loving home! so not a bad outcome for the little chap!

Obviously much better off where he is now than with the previous owner. Lucky little chap! If his fosterers are happy to keep him, best keep quiet on the publicity in case they do claim him.
