Hi all.
Has anyone had veneers fitted to their teeth here or can anyone recommend a good cosmetic dentist in the north please. Thanks in advance

Surely someone must know of a good cosmetic dentist ?

There are some good recommendations in the dental and health section on this forum.

Have had a look but nothing recent, not much info on the internet either

I have veneers.....but actually had mine done in India....before I knew of this company....I went for cosmetic surgery but met a lady who as having implant after having her teeth ruined by a uk dentist.....they were fab....

I had implants and caps done by Temelzi Dentist not far from the Wednesday Market. He is very good, and I am very pleased with the result. I think there are quite a few dentists here that can do them. Don't know about veneers but imagine they will do them too. Also, I think that Near East University has a dental department that may do them. I think both Kolan and Near East hospitals have cosmetic services.

Temelci does do veneers, a friend of mine had them done there and they were superb. Mr Temelci did my implants, I cannot recommend him high enough, he is a superb dentist and so thorough. If you go into see him he will show you before and after pics, be prepared to see amazing results.

Just had a quote from a dentist over here for 500 euros for one porcelain veneer !!!! ... ouch, can get them done from my dentist in uk for £233

Blimey David, which dentist was that? Never been quoted over here in euros, but times change I guess.

That's interesting about Temelci dentists I had massive work done by him including implants .... It wasn't good ! Took forever and he left me without front teeth for 6 weeks after promising that o would Never leave without a temporary bridge .... Every thing that could go wrong did .... Shattered bone ,was the first thing ( this after having 3 D X-ray and being assured my bones were fine , maybe he has a new technician now and perhaps that was the problem ? Any way it all had to be replaced in UK at major expense . Personally I would look else where
