We are looking to buy a bungalow (1 floor preferably) on a 1.5-2 donum plot of land, no pool, big garden, flat landscape, anywhere between Alsancak and Karsiyaka. I have exactly what you are looking for with Turkish deeds however it is in Bögaz köy
3 bedroom bungalow with mature front and back garden.

Sorry ummy11, it has to be Alsancak-Karsiyaka area. Hard to find anything with a big plot here though, unfortunately. We've seen plenty places, but they don't fit the description.
