Garanti bank poor service

I sent a swift payment online from garanti bank so called "quick swift" 16 days ago to the uk . Despite about twenty emails to the branch in famagusta the money has still not arrived . Yesterday the customer service emailed me and told me the transaction had gone smoothly..... you couldnt make it up!
