problems with ,card plus, this week

anyone else experienced this prob? we dont seem to be able to use the debit cards in local supermarkets etc. keeps being refused....and yes, there is money in the account. ha ha.

We are forever having problems using this card, only works with their own machine not another providor

You need to tell them to use “Option 2, Hesaptan Satış” as they tend to put in Credit Card option.

I gave up trying to use my card to pay in shops, much easier to just draw the money out and pay in cash, and less embarrassing!!

No we have never had a problem and use it all the time. As said above it has to be option 2, hesaptan satiş as it is a debit card not credit.
