You could try Tektan, if the engineer doesn`t speak English they send someone with him who can. Sorry don`t know phone no but they are just off the "High Street" go left just after the dip by Turk Bank.

You could always try the Whirlpool stockists i.e. Toros. Just up the road from Comak the PC shop, on the same side of the road.
