Had notification my parcel from Amazon delivered to my PO box by Ledra St. It's not there. Anybody had similar problem? Now says available for collection CYNCPP . CY. Any body know where this is?

Your Parcel will be at the main post office in Nicosia.

Is that the one at end of Ledra St. That's the one I went to & where my PO box is!

The main one is at Prodromou, for some reason a lot of Amazon stuff goes there! - should be a slip in your Ledra box though telling you its there, there is a delay though from arriving on the tracking and the slip getting in your box.

If the item is too large to fit in the PO Box , or comes from outside the EU( and duty due ), It is sent to Prodromou, 5 minutes away by car https://goo.gl/maps/2rohq3cF7Dn

Drive to the roundabout with the coloured rings, turn left, drive striaght on past Alfa maga, go through the next big junction with lights.
When the road starts to go down hill and to the right you need to be in the middle lane as you need to turn right at these lights.
The post office is about a mile up this road on the left.

I understand Dagli Insurance in Karaoglanoglu are now agents for DHL, will this alleviate this sort of problem in future?

Hi Mim12, please excuse being absolutely stupid but could you confirm where exactly DHL delivered your package. I'm in Lapta and need documents from UK but bit confused whether the address was in Nicosia or near Girne? Doh!
