Hi All, a friend has told us that although we are receiving water most of the time now it is in fact not Turkish, she was told that only the upper part of Ozankoy are currently receiving the new water and as we reside in the lower area we are not yet receiving it. Has anyone else heard this or can anyone else provide any further info?

Many Thanks for any response's.

I asked at the Belediye last week, if we were getting Turkish water (Dogankoy) and he said yes, not too sure if he understood the question. however we received a bill the other day and the price has gone up. So I assume we are getting Turkish water. So given the proximity probably same for all Ozankoy by now.

This is second hand information but I was told, the upper and lower areas in Ozankoy were on
Turkish water but the middle area wasn't as yet. We are still waiting as we're in the middle.

Thanks MikeK & Taurus, we are just behind Rafters so does that make us lower or middle, I asked about the water because although we seem to receive water most of the time and the price has gone up the quality of it doesn't seem to have changed, we were hoping to be able to put the Turkish water through a water filter jug and then use it to boil for hot drinks.

I should have said in my message that I didn't know where the boundaries were but if I ever have any queries, I call and speak to Zoe in the office, Zoe will always help what ever the query, I don't
know what we would do, if she wasn't there.

I think the Turkish water is a lot softer than Cyprus water, I have certainly noticed the difference when washing my hair. I come from London where we have 'hard' water!
