- Food at Cafe des Artistes
Went to this Bistro/Cafe in Alsancak (near Freddies) for food last night and a superb home cooked Turkish style meal, see picture of the Meze, which was followed by a hot Meze, then Turkish ravioli, followed by the main course of beef dish with rice. Turkish sweet to follow plus mini meringues, and complimentary brandy. All for 40 TL.
Well done to Emre Esra and Nejat, who also entertained us on his guitar after the meal.
Advise booking as only small place.
The decor is also brilliant.
