Yes it is Omer is there - I believe the auctions are on a Sunday every 2 weeks but others may know different.

You can go and purchase items not just at auctions.

Working hours: 10:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Saturday.
Closed on Wednesday and Sundays.
AUCTIONS ON THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH!!! (starting time 11:00)
