Today switched the radio on and the little screen says phone it was fine yesterday.cant get anything

take it to a car radio shop or look on the internet for problems for your make and model

Turn the power off and then on again, might work, either way no cost to you.

Is it a model with Bluetooth and have you got Bluetooth enabled on your phone?

No I think the antenna has dis connected will try somewhere next week.Thanks.
