Groucho, I have done all the instructions for my laptop (Win10) but got message:

"Can't connect to Multimax VPN
The remote connection was not made because the name of the remote access server did not resolve."

Any ideas please as I don't know what the remote access server is! Many thanks for speedy reply please.
Also I assume that the sign in details are exactly what you have ie tvmax??

I also have this intermittent problem on Windows 10 if you try it again a bit later it usually works. My internet connection appears to keep dropping & I have to take my router in to Multimax office to get it checked as the next step in their investigative process. I think there seems to be a conflict between the Multimax VPN & the ordinary connection & it is a nuisance keep having to retype password twice every time you need to use it.

Thank you Groucho, it worked! But couldn't put it to the test yesterday because of MM's work on lines, but will try today. Thanks again - isn't Kibkom wonderful!

MM VP working fine, thanks to all. Now new one - I also have a computer using Linux OS, and latest Mint 18.1 64bit. Does anyone else use Linux and knows how to put MM VPN on there please? It looks more complicated than on Win10.
