New Fitness classes at GAU Stage School

Open to women and men our ongoing and existing groups continue in fitness:

MON Aerobic Body Works ( low impact aerobics / step aerobics ) 09:00 - 10:00
Pilates 10:15 - 11:15 & 17:30 - 18:30
TUES Zumba 17:00 - 18:00
THU Zumba 17:00 - 18:00
Pilates 17:30 - 18:30
FRİ Total Body Styling ( strengthening and toning with bands ( provided ) and weights ( bring 2 X 1kg ) ) 09:00- 10:00
Pilates 10:15 - 11:15

Also available: After school dance lessons for children in ballet and hip hop, all ages.
NEW: On Saturdays, Creative ballet for ages 3-4 .

Can you tell us how much the classes cost please.

twice a week 120 TL or once a week 60 TL, monthly.

Special price for AM fitness and pilates: pay 120TL a month and get 3. lesson free.
