Hi, just bought a deal through firsat kibris yesterday for a meal at stone grill, it's on my account but I've not had any confirmation through email or text message yet. Do I just show them a screen shot of the confirmation on my firsat kibris account, as anyone else had email or text confirmation or is this normal that you don't. Thanks.

You should get a confirmation email with a voucher to show.

Do you know if it comes through the same day ? Getting a bit worried that I've paid and not had an email.

It's normally immediately after payment and usually a text too.

If you click help in their home page it gives you a number of options to contact them. Definitely take a screenshot of the confirmation screen.

Contact them and give your phone number so that they can contact you.

Go onto your account or orders and you should find it listed
