An open air night club that has in the past been called Locca, 5 Mile and now Soho is, according to C2D, opening again this Friday. Hours 10.30 until 5.30am. It has been bad enough in the past when we had to endure the noise until 3.30 but 5.30am is enough to drive those of us in this part of Alsancak, totally over the edge.

That really is "over the top" open till 5.30 am. Can you imagine cannot drive properly sober, so pissed they will be a nightmare. The noise will be unbearable. I honestly think 3.30 am is late to open when you have all those surrounding houses.
