For a few years now we've had our rugs cleaned by David with no complaints.His number is 0542 850 7901

If its a rug type take it to your local car wash its cheap and very good, our friends have had one done and it came up like new.

Thanks for the suggestions. It's rather an expensvive rug so I don't think a car wash would be any good. I did have one cleaned before but it was made very wet , as it was only a cheap one not to much of a problem but this one is a little different.

The car wash is fine for non-precious rugs. My husband went to pick ours up amd came home with the wrong one, funny at the time seeing as he has lived with it for more years than I care to mention, but also means that anyone who takes a fancy to your rug over theirs could do a swop.

If you don't want to trust the basic car wash (and I must admit we've always used them) check out a new machine they have in the car wash opposite Mogic Touch. Rather than use a high pressure hose and all that entails, from the picture on the side of the road, they appear to feed your carpet into it, a bit like a printing machine. Go and look for yourself and see what you think.
