I would suggest Erduran Laboratory in Girne, it's on the Bellapais Road, on the left, not far from the Traffic lights.
Please be aware that just because it is rated as 'drinkable' today, doesn't mean that it will not be contaminated tomorrow - other people's sewage systems can contaminate the ground water at any time...
Also, if you store the water in a 'depot' - either a metal, plastic or concrete tank, it can become contaminated in a variety of ways, particularly in hot weather.
To ensure potability, you would need to invest in a purification system, such as reverse osmosis - there is a company which supplies this soort of thing, just do a search of this forum using the search facility at the top of the page.
