This post is on behalf of Michele Brown, Savyon Village, Catalkoy, who has lost her cat...

She is about 10 months old now, we had her neutered (but not had her ear cut), she is microchipped and yesterday I collected her rabies results from the vet. Her name is Grizzle, she is at the inbetween stage so she is long and thin (gangly - coming out of kitten to cat) and she is very friendly.

I took her in as a kitten and she stayed/stuck with me for 2 months - never left and thenfor no reason she just started disappearing today is her 8th day away. She has gone 4 times in the last month, it started with a couple of days and then got longer.

We live on the lower edge of Savyon Village in Catalkoy above Ozankoy and across from Bellapais so she could really be anywhere in that area.

If she has a good home I am happy for her to stay with them but I am worried they may have taken her in whilst here for a few months or it is a local that comes and goes! Really we would just like to know or have her back. I have 4 other cats and the three others that came as strays have never left! All my cats are ready for travel. If I had to leave they would have to come with me.

My name is Michele Browne,

Our address is: 24 Sulun Sokak, Savyon Village, Catalkoy.

My mobile is: 0533 844 8146

Again I am really grateful for any help you can give me in getting her picture out there. I am also going to prepare some posters for the vet and the supermarket in the hope someone will see her and contact me, who knows.

Best regards

Michele

I Hope Michele has good news soon. It should not be necessary, but would the offer of a small reward for safe return help?

Has the cat turned up yet???

Reason I ask, just now and day before we have seen a very similar cat walk by our patio door in our back garden.

It went into the road next to us and I was going to take pic but car came along and it vanished.

Hi All

Many thanks to Keith for posting pictures of my lost cat. And to looseboots for contacting me with a possible sighting of her Good news this morning she has returned. She looks fine but was starving and hungry for cuddles - she got both. I also put an elasticated collar on her and will tag her today with her name and address, just in case she wonders off again or if her other home see it they will give us a call and let us know she is there! She had been gone 9 full days and we really didn't expect to see her again.

A really grateful and happy cat owner says thanks
