Hi does anyone know the name of any of the developments I malatya? Or who was the builder or any other info good or bad,thanks, Yes.

Yes and No , do you mean the large stone wall on the right hand side as you drive up to Malatya if so they are the unfinished Inescu houses which were never finished as there is a legal dispute, which has been going on for several years.
Across the valley from the Inescu houses there are about five unfinished villas , I have no idea who built them or who owns them.

Hi,
I used to have a house in Malatya which was built by Greatstone. It was situated above the village up a rough track past the waterfall. It is a small development of I think 10 houses. There is electricity but no mains water. However there is a shared well. The houses have shared deeds. I know that there are 3 for sale at the moment. If you want more info please p.m. me
