Actually you can see that the cages are situated around the new play area for children.
I understand they are for "locking up" unruly children during play time!
I am looking forward to the opening of the new Facility and the unveiling of the new statue of President Erdogan on horse back that has replaced the bust of Kemal Ataturk.

lets hope no animals are put into them, especially considering those poor neglected monkeys at pine view on the east side sorry for spelling (buyuunuk?) every time i think of them i want to go break them free.
