Do you have any books that you have read and no longer want ? If so please donate them to KAR as they have a very successful book stall at Lambousa market on Saturdays. All of the money made from the sale of the books goes towards helping the animals in KAR care and others in the TRNC.
You can drop your books off at the Office/Glad Rags shop on the main road at Karakum.

Alternatively, if you don't want to go over to that side of Girne, the lady that runs the book stall at Lambousa would only too pleased to receive them direct.

I have several boxes of German books if it's any help.
