Does anyone know what is going on at Hilltop Bogaz? It is the next development to mine and there seems to be some sort of mutiny going on over poor standards, sky high fees and no deeds after 12 years. Just got back to the Island and had a wander round.............Very poor state for £1300 site fees.

Chatting to a few people at their bar it seems some are a little nervous to put their heads above the parapet. Threats to peoples water supply seems to be a good control tool.

That's what I heard too, although apparently some residents are talking about an injunction to stop the water being cut off.
