Is anyone able to advise if there is an ATM that dispenses sterling using a Nationwide debit card other than the HSBC

Most Garranti Bank ATM's dispense sterling - the trick is to find one that has some left in it! If you are on the East side then the one outside the new leather shop has no sterling left as of 0900 this morning. Have not managed to stop at the one outside the Karakum Lemar due to the magnificent traffic flow system in current use. There is another one on the right hand side of the main road through Kyrenia on the way to the Wednesday market but last time I tried it a month or so ago the readout was not very good!

The Lemar one had none this morning at about 1030. No Euros either.

The petrol staion opposite Dostlar in Alsancak usually has sterling, we use our Nationwide card there.

FORGET ABOUT THIS BRANCH OF GARRANTI BANK!
WENT THERE THIS MORNING AND IT IS NOW A BUILDING SITE!
Additionally, if you go over the Wednesday Market roundabout heading out of Kyrenia towards Alsancak way - still on the main dual carriageway road through Kyrenia - then on the right hand side is another Garranti Bank in the block before Mr Pound. They normally have Sterling in their ATM's and across the road and heading back up towards the roundabout is a good exchange shop as well.

TEB in Girne is reliable for sterling I have found and they have a car park round the back.
