Rental Vans

I have noticed a parking area between Lapta and Karsiyaka that has quite a view vans on it some of which say 'Rent a Van' on the side however everytime we have passed we have not been able to find anyone there or a phone number to ring!

Does anyone know whether these are for rent and who to contact if so?
