This Sunday there will be an auction in Lapta village at the cumaci coffee shop from 10 am till. Noon . This is a forced auction and an attempt to sell the houses of people who have paid in full and owe no one just to give money to a land owner who has never paid a lira and will receive £350.000 and six houses.while we will lose our homes

We ask anyone who has issues with your property to come out and help us protest against the TRNC government who sit back and do nothing whilst foreign home buyers are being robbed.

We are hoping for a large turnout so that the government will be forced to take action and protect buyers

This shocking, I am in England atm but I hope you get a good turn out

Unfortunately too there are people who are aware they have problems but still believing / hoping their advocates, builders, developers and land owners that it will be sorted. I wish there was an accurate count of how many people who do not have their full deeds, with their individual house and land in their own personal name.
Only the other day I heard we have a steal but still not parcelised but its all in hand, I personally would run a mile.
