Hi everyone!
Son has used most of the paid water on card. Of course we reminded him to add funds but he forgot! Wont be able to do this until the Bely opens on Monday (Esentepe). Are customers 'given' an emergency allowance - reclaimed once credit is next applied? If so, how many tonnes?

Hi we are in Bellapais and there is always an emergency amount on the card. I don't think it is in tonnes though, it is just 5 credits, so not sure how much this equates to. Just put the empty card into the meter, press the button and it should transfer your emergency amount. Then when you get some more, it will allocate the 5 back for emergency use. That's how ours works anyway. Good luck

Water is off in Esentepe for the next 4/5 days so won't make a lot of difference anyway.

No Water, Mains Problem, Girne to Lapta/Esentepe.

Son had 9.5 tons of credit there is an allowance of 3 tons credit on the meter automatically given
