Can anyone confirm whether the Home Buyers Pressure Group still exists as I have been on the website and notice there does not appear to be any recent postings or updates ?

why would you need this site if your only looking to buy?

I think they advertise a weekly meet in the Pia Bella Hotel to offer advice on not only issues post purchase but also good info for those looking to buy a property.

We contacted them before we bought and they gave useful advice/ tips.

Andrew, its just that there used to be a lot of useful and relevant info. pertaining to existing and prospective owners. It is also referred to by The British High Commission for any one considering purchasing.

Marian Stokes is an excellent source of advice and information regarding home purchase in North Cyprus. She has guided people away from purchases that may have had doubtful endings and helped others through the bureaucracy and myths many of which appear on forums like this. So if only one person is saved from a trauma such as Kulaksiz 5 then it is worth talking.
