Report by BBC: Strong quake kills 2 at Greek Resort

Report by ITV News: Two dead and dozens injured after earthquake hits Turkey and Kos.

Does not this say something about dear old "Aunty"' priorities? Not to mention accuracy an syntax.

My sympathies to all involved of whatever nationality.

A Swedish and Turkish tourist were killed. The reporting has been mainly concentrated on Kos but a FB friend in Marmaris posted that the tremors were very strong there too.

The very first BBC report on this was that the tsunami waves on Turkish beaches reached as high as people's ankles - riveting news from the BBC as normal!

I agree waddo, the BBC News(!!!!!) department/gatherers really are the absolute pits nowadays. So, the locals and tourists went for a bit of a paddle, so what. What was it that the Trump said about Fake News? The BBC is full of it, time after time.

karmels, my point exactly. If you want to know anything that has actually happened then don't bother with BBC news.

waddo at the moment I am about 100km from the quake zone in Kas, there has been over 40 after shocks down the coast. If you look at the Huryiet news this morning it show the boats piled ontop of one another.
