My wife and I had someone go to Lefkosa to sort out our driving licences as per everyone's rules that have been posted on all media, great we thought soon be legal. Not the case overnight the rules have changed again you now have to get a statement to say you have arms and legs and we had to go the the Tax Office in Girne for them to give us the OK, we reported to the driving license desk and the lady duly signed our application forms. So anybody else applying for their first license be aware and get the signature before going to Lefkosa. Hope this makes sense.
