For those out west, whereabouts is your favourite (public) spot to view and / or photograph the sunset please.

Kervan Cafe or thereabouts - you can get enough coastline in the shot to make it interesting, and enough comestibles in yourself to make it satisfying

The cliff road to Sadrazam - best coastal views ever.

Kervan was my first thought Keith, just wondered where else is good for the sunset composition. Certainly will try Sadrazam coast road. Thanks for your contributions.

I agree re Kervan, however that view has been taken tens of thousands of times and there must be many others. Standing at the end of pier in the Old Harbour must be pretty good as well and loads of others Kyala way. (? spelling)

Go right down to the lighthouse through the village of Sadrazam.

Thank you for your kind offer. However, my daughter wishes to take the shots herself. We are out west and whilst the location is elevated and the view of the sunset good, she wishes for a better / different composition fairly local to us.

Yep, maybe but she could try there. Might also try Ak Deniz - never been there at sunset so don't know whether a good composition can be created from there. Also, how about Kozan can you see the sunset from up there?
