I have been asked if I have paid 2017 property tax as I should be getting our kocan soon,I have paid the immovable property tax to the belidere is there another annual tax payable to central government that I don,t know about ,thanks in advance

Yes Emlak Vergi - paid every year to the beli - you don't get a bill, just expected to know it

Yes it is the only one you have to produce at Transfer. It is calculated at 1 tl per m2 plus swimming pool if you have one so not a huge amount of money.

T transfer the title you will need proof of payment. At Tatlkisu Bele you go to the office with your contract and passport. They then write a confirmation of payment letter which you either take to the Tapu or give to your solicitor. Hope that helps

Yes the receipt will be accepted we have never obtained a confirmation of payment letter.
