NCCCT needing help from a special person/ s,

Our small local charity is looking for some help please..
Due to the success of our two shops after the changes we have made this year, our volunteers are all hands on working in them and we do not have anyone spare !
We need someone or someones to be able to represent us and liaise with the local Hotels and Restaurants to build up an itinerary of dates and venues for future Coffee Mornings and other events.
This would probably only involve maybe a couple of hours each month of any ones time if that but would be of a great help to our Charity.
We have confirmation that the lovely Pia Bella Hotel in Girne is once again generously hosting our Christmas Bazaar for us and this will be held on the second Saturday of December which is the 9th.
Obviously all details will b posted nearer to the time but please make a note of the date if you wish .

There must be someone /s reading this who has the panache, charm and confidence that would enjoy doing this for us knowing they are helping our Charity help the local State Hospital help us all!
